About our Office
Appointments: We make every effort to honor all time commitments and request that you extend the same courtesy to us. Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify our office at least two days in advance so that we may help another patient.
Fees and Payment Policy: We strive to contain the cost of services while maintaining a high level of professional care. You will receive a copy of our financial policy at your appointment. We don’t want fees to be a barrier to your care, and therefore we accept Visa and MasterCard. We can also recommend flexible financing options for comprehensive care. Please know that payment in full is required at time of service.
Insurance: We accept most insurance. As a courtesy, we will bill your insurance company for you, but you are responsible for payment. The portion of your bill not covered by insurance is due at time of service. As most dental services are not covered 100 percent, we encourage you to understand your benefits and to contact your insurance company before your appointment if you have any questions about your dental coverage.

Your Privacy: We honor patient confidentiality. Your medical records will only be released to other parties with your written permission.
Emergencies: If you require emergency dental care, please call us as early as possible in the day so that we can better serve you. If you need immediate medical attention, call your medical doctor or go to the nearest hospital emergency department.
